Returns & refunds
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
- Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply. Original shipping and setup charges aren't refundable.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

- Bath and toileting items
- Lifts and slings
- Custom or special-order equipment
Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
