Shipping Policy

BlueBay Mobility Inc ships mobility equipment across the United States. We are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. If you have a special shipping requirement, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or for large or heavy items, processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Some large or heavy items (such as hospital beds and lift chairs) may require freight shipping and will have higher shipping costs displayed at checkout.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Large & Heavy Items (Freight Shipping)

Hospital beds, lift chairs, power wheelchairs, and other large items are shipped via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are typically made curbside — the carrier will bring the item to the curb or driveway but will not bring it inside your home.

If you require inside delivery or white-glove delivery service, please contact us before ordering as additional charges may apply.

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and inspect the package before signing.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, please:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bluebaymobility.com or 1-888-959-0072

Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to make a damage claim.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bluebaymobility.com or 1-888-959-0072. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been dispatched.

Custom & Special Order Items

Custom-configured mobility equipment (such as custom wheelchairs and powerchairs ordered through our CRT evaluation process) are not available through the online store and are not subject to this shipping policy. Delivery timelines for custom CRT equipment are discussed during the evaluation and ordering process.
