Accessibility Statement

Statement Date: May 10, 2026  ·  Next Review: November 2026  ·  BlueBay Mobility Inc

BlueBay Mobility Inc serves individuals with disabilities and complex mobility needs. We believe that access to information about mobility services should be as accessible as the equipment we provide.

Our Commitment

WCAG 2.1
Level AA

We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) — ensuring our website can be used by the widest possible audience, including users who rely on screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, captions, and other assistive technologies.

Applicable Standards and Laws

Our accessibility program is informed by the following legal standards and guidelines:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III — Prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities by businesses open to the public, including digital properties.
  • California Unruh Civil Rights Act — Provides additional protections against discrimination for California residents. Each violation carries statutory damages of $4,000 plus attorney fees.
  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 — Prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by entities receiving federal financial assistance.
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — The internationally recognized technical standard for web accessibility, which serves as the benchmark for ADA compliance in digital environments.
  • California Government Code §§ 7405, 11135, 11546.7 — Applicable accessibility requirements for entities interacting with state programs.

Known Limitations

While we are committed to full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, some areas are still being improved:

  • Some older uploaded PDF documents may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these or provide accessible alternatives.
  • Some third-party embedded components (such as payment processors) may have their own accessibility limitations. Please contact us for assistance.
  • Product images in our online store are being reviewed to ensure all items have complete, descriptive alt text.

We conduct accessibility reviews on a regular basis and prioritise remediation of identified issues.
