2. General Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only when:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- A Return Authorization (RA) has been issued
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale once delivered or used:
- Hospital beds and mattresses
- Cushions and positioning products
- Bath safety products
- Commodes or toilet equipment
- Patient lifts and slings
- Opened personal care items
- Custom or special-order equipment
- Installed accessibility equipment
- Any product exposed to bodily contact
These restrictions protect patient safety and comply with healthcare standards.
4. Rental Equipment
Rental equipment remains the property of BlueBay Mobility Inc.
Rental Fees
- Rental charges begin on delivery date.
- Rentals continue until equipment is returned or scheduled for pickup.
Early Returns
- Early returns do not guarantee prorated refunds unless agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for normal care of equipment and preventing misuse or damage. Cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply if equipment is returned damaged beyond normal wear.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of packaging and product
- Do not discard original packaging
We will arrange repair, replacement, or resolution where appropriate.
6. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to:
- 15% โ 25% restocking fee
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
- Installation or service labor is non-refundable
7. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5โ10 business days
- Shipping, delivery, and service fees are excluded unless required by law
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment or scheduling without penalty.
- After shipment or special ordering, cancellation fees may apply.
- Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
9. Delivery & Installation Services
Delivery, setup, and installation services are considered completed once performed. Service fees are non-refundable.
Customers must ensure safe access to property, required permits or approvals, and site readiness for installation.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims may require manufacturer inspection, repair authorization, and replacement parts approval. BlueBay Mobility Inc assists customers but does not control manufacturer warranty decisions.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact BlueBay Mobility Inc first to resolve concerns prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
12. Policy Updates
BlueBay Mobility Inc reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
