7. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work (for example, your shopping cart, checkout and login), to remember your preferences, and to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Some of these may be provided by third-party analytics services.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including providing products and services, honoring warranties, keeping business, tax and medical-equipment records, and meeting legal and regulatory requirements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
