THREE YEAR WARRANTY
Manufactured and tested in Canada to the highest standards by Jaide Products Inc. the roturner ’Sit to Stand’ Transfer Aid’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. During the Warranty period Jaide Products Inc. will replace or repair, at no cost,any part of the roturner which proves to be defective due to manufacture defects or poor workmanship. If Jaide Products Inc. is unable to provide a replacement part or undertake a suitable repair or if such repair is impracticable or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Jaide Products Inc. reserves the right to replace the whole unit.
This Warranty does not cover:
Wear and tear, improper usage, misuse or abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
