Triumph Mobility covers the Escape Mini Rollator with a lifetime warranty on the frame, and a five (5) year warranty on the brake handles against defects in materials and workmanship. This gives users long-term confidence in durability and performance.
Items not covered include wear components such as handgrips, brake cables, and wheels, since these parts naturally wear over time. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Triumph Mobility does not cover parts damaged due to improper installation, modification, or misuse. For warranty service, return the rollator to your local dealer, while service charges remain at the dealer’s discretion.
