• All 50 U.S. states. No U.S. territories, APO/FPO or international shipping.
• Processing: most in-stock orders ship in 2–3 business days (up to 5 for large items).
• Delivery: standard ground about 5–10 business days, and freight about 7–14 business days after dispatch.

• Large items (beds, lift chairs, power chairs, scooters) ship by freight, delivered curbside by appointment. Ask us about inside delivery or setup.
• Inspect on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns & refunds

• 14 days from delivery to request a return of eligible items: new, unused and in the original packaging.
• Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Not returnable once opened or used: beds and mattresses, cushions, bath and toileting items, lifts and slings, and custom or special-order equipment.
• Restocking fee of 15–25% may apply. Original shipping and setup aren’t refundable.
• Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
